HUBUNGAN RIWAYAT BBLR DENGAN KEJADIAN SEPSIS NEONATORUM

Abstract

The risk of neonatal sepsis is still a major problem in the field of care and neonatal care. In highly susceptible to infection Low Birth Weight (LBW), because their immune system is not fully formed. LBW who suffered neonatal sepsis by 56 (80%). And for LBW were not experiencing sepsis neonaturm by 14 (20%). This study aimed to determine the relationship with the incidence of LBW history of neonatal sepsis in Abdoer Rahem Hospital of   Situbondo year 2015.   The research uses a survey analytic by documentation approach. This research was conducted at Abdoer Rahem Hospital of Situbondo. The sampling method used is saturated sample or total sampling with a total responden is 70 LBW. The data retrieval technique with checkhlist instrument that  registered from the medical record in Abdoer Rahem Hospital year 2014. Further processing and analysis of data using statistical test with SPSS 16 software is the contingency coeficoent with the significant level is α = 0,05. The result snowed that  obtained sign approx amounted 0,000 so H0 is rejected which means that there is a significant correlation (0,000<0,05) between low birth weight history with the incidence of neonatal sepsis. The conclusion of the research was there is relation of the incidence low birth weight of neonatal sepsis at Abdoer Rahem Hospital Situbondo. Expected from this research can be used as information for the various parties concerned in order to improve the health of mother and children.

ABSTRAK

Resiko terjadinya sepsis neonatorum sampai saat ini masih merupakan masalah utama di bidang pelayanan dan perawatan neonatus. Pada BBLR sangat rentan terjadi infeksi, sebab system kekebalan tubuhnya belum terbentuk sempurna. BBLR yang mengalami sepsis neonatorum sebanyak 56 (80%). Dan untuk BBLR yang tidak mengalami sepsis neonaturm sebanyak 14 (20%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan riwayat BBLR dengan kejadian sepsis neonatorum di RSUD ABDOER RAHEM Situbondo pada Tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh atau total sampling dengan jumlah responden 70 BBLR. Tekhnik pengambilan data dengan instrumen ceklist yang dicatat dari medical record RSUD Abdoer Rahem tahun Selanjutnya pengolahan dan analisa data menggunakan uji statistik software 16 yaitu koefisienkontingensi dengan tingkat kemaksimalan α = 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh nilai sgn. Sebesar 0,000 sehingga H0 ditolak yang artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan yaitu (0,000<0,05) antara riwayat BBLR dengan kejadian sepsis neonatorum. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan riwayat BBLR dengan kejadian sepsis neonatorum di RSUD Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan informasi bagi berbagai pihak yang terkait agar dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu dan anak.
