HUBUNGAN USIA IBU HAMIL DENGAN KEJADIAN ABORTUS

Abstract

Age may affect the incidence of abortion because at the age of less than 20 years, immature reproductive organs to conceive so as to harm the mother's health and growth and development of the fetus. While abortion that occurs in mothers with too old age due to the quality of eggs has decreased then likely to have abortion. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal age and the incidence of abortion. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal age and the incidence of abortion in dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. This type of research used an analytic survey. This research was conducted in RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. The sampling method was total sampling with the number of respondents 133 pregnant women who have abortion. Technique of taking data with checklist. Processing and data analysis using statistical test that was contingency coefficient with level maximize α = 0.05. The results showed that H0 rejected which means there is a significant relationship that is (0.019 <0.05) between the age of pregnant women with the incidence of abortion.

 ABSTRAK

Usia dapat mempengaruhi kejadian abortus karena pada usia kurang dari 20 tahun, belum matangnya alat reproduksi untuk hamil sehingga dapat merugikan kesehatan ibu maupun pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin. Sedangkan abortus yang terjadi pada ibu dengan usia terlalu tua  disebabkan kualitas sel telur sudah menurun maka kemungkinan akan mengalami abortus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia ibu hamil dengan kejadian abortus. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan usia ibu hamil dengan kejadian abortus di RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan survey analitik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Metode sampling yaitu total sampling dengan jumlah responden 133 ibu hamil yang mengalami abortus. Tekhnik pengambilan data dengan cheklist. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji statistik yaitu koefisien kontingensi dengan tingkat kemaksimalan α=0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan H₀ ditolak yang artinya ada hubungan yang significant yaitu (0,019<0,05) antara usia ibu hamil dengan kejadian abortus.
