This study aimed to analyze the effect of different feeding-day schedules on the culture performance and business feasibility of red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The experiment was conducted for 30 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of three treatments and four replications, namely A (daily feeding), B (6 days of feeding followed by 1 day of fasting), and C (7 days of feeding followed by 1 day of fasting). The observed parameters included Survival Rate (SR), weight gain, length gain, Specific Growth Rate (SGR), Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), Feed Utilization Efficiency (FUE), water quality, and business feasibility analysis, including profit, Break-Even Point (BEP), Revenue-Cost Ratio (R/C), Cost of Production (COP), and Payback Period (PP). Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a 95% confidence level. The results showed that different feeding-day schedules had no significant effect (P>0.05) on SR, weight gain, length gain, SGR, FCR, and FUE. Descriptively, treatment C produced the best growth performance, while the highest survival rate was observed in treatment B. Water quality remained within the optimum range throughout the study, with temperatures ranging from 27.83 to 28.00°C and pH values ranging from 7.82 to 7.89. The business feasibility analysis indicated that treatment B was the most feasible treatment, generating a profit of IDR 132,657.80, an R/C ratio of 1.11, a break-even point of IDR 652,271.67 or 65 fish, a production cost of IDR 8,995.02 per fish, and a payback period of 3.11 years. It can be concluded that different feeding-day schedules did not significantly affect the culture performance of red tilapia. However, the feeding regime of six consecutive feeding days followed by one fasting day provided better business feasibility than the other treatments
