PENGARUH TEKNIK MARMET TERHADAP PRODUKSI ASI PADA IBU POST PARTUM 0-3 HARI

Abstract

Mother's Milk (ASI) containing an anti-infection, the baby will be protected from a wide range of both infections caused by bacteria, viruses, and fungi. The main obstacle   that milk production is not smooth so that the mother can not meet the nutritional needs of infants optimally, therefore to overcome this problem researchers applied  the technique Marmet.  This study aims to  determine the effect  of Marmet technique to the production of milk at 0-3 days post partum mothers. The research design in this study are pre experimental design with one group pretest and posttest. The sampling technique in this research is non probability sampling using the sample approach is saturated with a population of 16 people. In this study was found that there was a significant effect (p = 0.05), namely (0.025 <0.05) between Marmet technique to milk production to further improve the quality of midwifery care during childbirth, especially in breastfeeding.

ABSTRAK

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) mengandung zat anti infeksi, bayi akan terlindung dari berbagai macam infeksi baik yang disebabkan oleh bakteri, virus, dan jamur. Kendala yang utama adalah karena produksi ASI tidak lancar sehingga ibu tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi bayi secara maksimal, oleh karena itu  untuk  mengatasi hal tersebut  peneliti  menerapkan teknik  marmet.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik  marmet  terhadap  produksi ASI  pada  ibu  post  partum 0-3  hari.  Desain penelitian  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  pra  eksperimental  dengan  rancangan  one  group  pretest  and posttest. Tekhnik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan menggunakan pendekatan sampel jenuh dengan populasi 16 orang. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan (p = 0,05) yaitu (0,025 < 0,05) antara teknik marmet terhadap produksi ASI untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas asuhan kebidanan masa nifas khususnya dalam pemberian ASI.
