PENINGKATAN PERILAKU PENATALAKSANAAN ANEMIA REMAJA PUTRI MELALUI PEER GROUP SHARING

Anemia is the condition of the body when the hemoglobin level is <12 g / dL. The risk of anemia adolescent is ten times greater than that of young men because they experience menstruation so they need more iron supply. The aim of this study was to find out how to improve the behavior of anemia management for young women through peer group sharing. The study used a quasi method non equivalent pretest-posttest with control group design. The study sample consisted of 61 people. Data were analyzed using the T-test and p value = 0,000 and an increase in the average behavior value of 4.17 so that peer group sharing was able to improve the behavior of adolescent anemia management. Adolescence is a period of social change, namely the increasing influence of peers so that peer education is the right means that can influence adolescent behavior.

ABSTRAK
Anemia adalah kondisi tubuh saat kadar hemoglobin <12 g/dL. Risiko anemia remaja putri sepuluh kali lebih besar dibandingkan remaja putra karena mengalami mentruasi sehingga perlu suplai zat besi lebih banyak. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan perilaku penatalaksanaan anemia remaja putri melalui peer group sharing. Penelitian menggunakan metode quasi experiment design non equivalent pretest-postest with control group. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 61 orang. Data dianalisa menggunakan Uji T dan p value = 0,000 serta peningkatan rata-rata nilai perilaku sebesar 4,17 sehingga peer group sharing mampu meningkatkan perilaku penatalaksanaan anemia remaja. Remaja adalah sebuah periode perubahan sosial yakni meningkatnya pengaruh teman sebaya sehingga pendidikan teman sebaya merupakan sarana tepat yang bisa mempengaruhi perilaku remaja.
