Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of peer support on adolescent mental health in the digital era. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The participants consisted of 35 students from class XI-7 at SMA Negeri 1 Karanggede. Data were collected using peer support and mental health questionnaires that had met validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, normality tests, linearity tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The findings indicated that peer support had a positive influence on adolescent mental health in the digital era. Higher levels of support received from peers were associated with better mental health conditions among adolescents. Therefore, peer support can be considered an important factor in promoting adolescent mental health in the digital era.
