The development of the digital era has had a significant impact on how individuals form their self-identity and engage in social interactions. Amid the massive flow of information and the pressure to maintain a perfect digital image, various psychological challenges have emerged, such as social anxiety, identity crises, and declining self-esteem. This study aims to analyze and describe the concept of a healthy personality based on Carl Rogers’ humanistic approach in the context of contemporary digital life. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that the characteristics of a healthy personality (fully functioning person) according to Rogers namely openness to experience, existential living, self-trust, freedom of thought and action, and high creativity, are highly relevant to be implemented in addressing the challenges of digital life. Individuals who develop these five aspects tend to be more resilient, authentic, and capable of maintaining psychological balance while facing and using digital technology. Thus, Rogers' humanistic approach can serve as a conceptual foundation for shaping a healthy, adaptive, and meaningful personality in the digital age.
