Radio Sritanjung FM Banyuwangi is a conventional radio founded in 1992 which still exists
today. Radio sritanjung FM Banyuwangi has various management functions that are well
managed so that Radio Sritanjung FM Banyuwangi as a Da’wah Media is still able to survive
broadcasting various segments of events or programs amidst the current tight competition with
social media. This research is qualitative research with a case study type of research where all
information is obtained through a series of activities in the form of observation, interviews and
reviewing a document. Data collection techniques began in May 2024. Furthermore, the results
of this research with the management functations themselves, such as planning, organizing,
actuating and controlling. Tha forms of broadcasting applied by Radio Sritanjung FM
Banyuwangi are in the form of direct broadcasting and indirect broadcasting. The conclusion
of this research is that Radio Sritanjung FM Banyuwangi has several segments divided into
these two forms of broadcasting, using several management functations that work well in
accordance with the objectives of the radio owner and radio listeners. In playing the da’wah
broadcast on radio Sritanjung FM Banyuwangi, the focus was on the study of the book of
Hikam which was studied by KH Yasid Bustomi Pasuruan with one hour playing in the
afternoon.
