Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to Al-Hukmi: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah dan Keluarga Islam must adhere to the writing guidelines, scope, and focus of the journal. The manuscript must possess novelty and be free from plagiarism. Authors should use plagiarism detection software to check the similarity of the manuscript. Similarity checks are also performed by the editor using plagiarism detection software.

Every article in this journal will be reviewed by at least two expert reviewers or more. The article will be sent to peer reviewers for a double-blind peer review process, then the article will be returned to the author for revisions based on the reviewers' notes to improve the manuscript's content. Every article in this journal will undergo a peer review process, and authors will receive an explanation of any delays within two months after the article is received. Authors must submit revisions within a maximum of two weeks after a revision request. The final decision is made by the Principal Editor based on information from the peer review.

The article review process before publication is conducted confidentially in accordance with publication ethics.

Article acceptance is based on the reviewers' comments. The Editor-in-Chief publishes articles based on the order of acceptance dates and considering the geographical and thematic issues of the authors.
