HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN IBU DENGAN PERAWATAN LUKA OPERASI SEKSIO SESARIA

Abstract

Cesarean section is major surgery on the abdominal area, incision in the uterine wall and the front of the abdomen will cause scars (scar tissue ) after cesarean surgery section. Wound healing is the process of restoring the function of damaged tissue damage that occurs require good wound care that is not easy to avoid infection. This study aims to determine the relation of the mother's education with level wound care after the cesarean operation, districts of Asembagus Situbondo the year 2014 were conducted on 20 mothers post cesarean section. Sampling in this study used t total sampling. Data collection in the form of a questionnaire. Data calculation using statistical test was coefisiensi contigensi test. The results of study showed that the respondents education with wound care of cesarean surgery section: 60 % treated, not treated 40 % of the respondents were not treated on average less educated. Conclusions from this research , there was relation mother's education level  with wound care of cesarean surgery section in Asembagus Village Situbondo  District, because the higher education  of  someone, the higher the understanding that owned so easy to understand to someone.

ABSTRAK

Seksio sesaria adalah operasi besar pada daerah perut, sayatan pada dinding uterus dan dinding depan abdomen akan menimbulkan bekas (jaringan parut) setelah operasi seksio sesaria. Penyembuhan luka adalah proses pengembalian fungsi jaringan yang rusak ke sebelum terjadi kerusakan sehingga memerlukan perawatan luka yang baik agar tidak mudah terjadi infeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan ibu dengan perawatan luka operasi seksio sesaria hari ke 7-14 di Desa Asembagus Kecamatan Asembagus-Situbondo tahun 2014 yang dilakukan pada 20 ibu post seksio sesaria, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penghitungan data menggunakan uji statistik uji koefisiensi kontigensi. Hasil penelitian adalah pendidikan dengan perawatan luka operasi seksio sesaria : dirawat 60 %, tidak dirawat

40  %  dari  responden  yang  tidak  dirawat  rata-rata  berpendidikan  rendah  yaitu  SD.  Simpulan  dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan tingkat  pendidikan ibu dengan perawatan luka operasi seksio sesaria di Desa Asembagus Kecamatan Asembagus Kabupaten Situbondo karena semakin tinggi pendidikan seseorang maka akan semakin tinggi pemahaman yang dimiliki sehingga mudah untuk memahami yang dijelaskan seseorang.
