Traditional transportation at that time did not allow for traveling to and from the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Aqsa Mosque in Palestine, which is about 1,500 km away. However, how do the Mufasir and the viewpoint of science (which prioritizes logic) view this event? This research method uses a qualitative approach, with the type of literature study research. Data collection techniques include literature searches from books, scientific articles, and other relevant sources that discuss Isra' Mi'raj according to Al-Razi's opinion in Tafsir Mafatih al-Ghayb and Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity and Annihilation. The data analysis was carried out using content analysis techniques, in which researchers identified the main topics that emerged from the collected sources. This research found that Allah SWT made the Isra' Mi'raj event of Prophet Muhammad SAW and was not bound by time and space in order to reach Sidratul Muntaha. Isra' Mi'raj emphasizes faith reasoning more. Isra' Mi'raj only happened once in history, and this is a miracle given to the Prophet Muhammad SAW from what was impossible to be possible because Allah's power is limitless.
Dina Sabella, Fauzan Saleh, Emma Rahmawati Copyright (c) 2024 Dina Sabella, Fauzan Saleh, Emma Rahmawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/4889 Sun, 15 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700 ROMANTISME ISLAM DAN POLITIK DALAM HIZBUT TAHRIR: STUDI PEMIKIRAN TAQĪ AL-DĪN AL-NABHĀNĪ https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/4919
Hizbut Tahrir, an organization banned in various countries, including Indonesia, is believed to remain covertly active at the grassroots level. This research aims to reveal the underlying philosophy fueling this persistent movement specifically, the romantic interplay between Islam and politics. Examining this relationship through the perspective of its founder, Taqī al-Dīn al-Nabhānī, the study explores both ideological and practical implications. Utilizing the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with a philosophical approach and qualitative analysis and referencing al-Nabhānī’s works, particularly Nidham ul-Islam (The System of Islam), findings indicate that Hizbut Tahrir is motivated by a mission to establish a comprehensive application of Sharia through the Khilafah Islamiyyah as the political realization of Islamic ideals. Islam and politics are seen as interconnected, with Islam as a complete divine guide and politics as essential for effective Sharia implementation. Theoretically, further research is needed on the resilience of ex-members and current societal perceptions amidst evolving ideologies with current field data. Practically, a re-evaluation of Islamic understanding in a modern context is necessary to ensure that Islamic values are applied adaptively and relevantly to contemporary challenges.
Mohamad Khusnial Muhtar Copyright (c) 2024 Mohamad Khusnial Muhtar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/4919 Sun, 15 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700 PREDATORY PRICING PRACTICES IN TIKTOK SHOP IN THE STUDY OF ISLAMIC LAW https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/5457
Predatory pricing is another term for the practice of setting extremely low prices with the aim of forcing competitors out of business or forcing them to close their doors because they can no longer compete. Techniques such as cutting prices well below market prices to attract a large number of customers, but eventually, prices return to normal. This study examines how predatory pricing is viewed under Islamic law. This research consists of a literature study, which involves looking at resources related to the research subject, and library research, which involves surveying library materials to collect data using documentation procedures. The fundamental ideals and guiding concepts of Islamic business ethics, Tazkiyah, Khilafah, tauhid, and Ihsan, have been applied to the analysis process. Therefore, buying and selling in a manner that deviates from these guidelines is contrary to Islamic economics, mashlahah al-ummah, ethical theory, and Maqashid Sharia and fails to fulfil the intended objectives of economic law.
Anti Anfaul Lisani, Moch. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of religious figures in disaster resilience among Muslim communities affected by the eruption of Mount Kelud. This research uses a qualitative approach using interpretive phenomenological methods. Purposive sampling is the way used in this study, with criteria: religious and community leaders who live in Pandan Sari Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency, have experienced or been affected by the eruption of Mount Kelud, and are not deaf. Semi-structured interviewing methods were used, and Colaizzi's model approach was used for analysis. The results of the study found that there were five themes, including (1) being active in disaster management planning activities; (2) being active in the involvement of cooperation and protection of Muslim communities in the village; (3) playing an active role as a disaster volunteer; (4) play an active role as a presenter of information against early warning; (5) play an active role in physical mitigation. The recommendation that can be given is the need for religious figures to be involved in every disaster mitigation activity in the village area because the role of religious figures greatly affects the resilience of community disasters in the village area.
Muhasim Muhasim, Zulfikar Muhammad, Janes Jainurakhma Copyright (c) 2024 Muhasim Muhasim, Zulfikar Muhammad, Janes Jainurakhma https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/5632 Sun, 15 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700 AL-SAYYID MUHAMMAD IBNU 'ALAWĪ AL-MĀLIKĪ WA KHASHĀISHU MANHAJIHI AL-FIQHIY https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/6011
This research unveils the characteristics of the jurisprudential approach of Sayyid Muhammad al-Maliki, who is one of the prominent Maliki scholars of this era. The researcher found that the characteristics of his jurisprudential approach are represented in three points: First: Opening the door to ijtihad, because the rulings in the Qur’an and Sunnah are limited. Second: Considering the interest, and by inducting partial texts and their rulings, reasons and rulings, he reached a general matter that represents a result for it. Third: His general jurisprudence of human rights because the principles of Islamic jurisprudence are a general system for human society.
Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy, Muhammad Amanullah, Muntaha Artalim Zaim Copyright (c) 2024 Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy, Muhammad Amanullah, Muntaha Artalim Zaim https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/6011 Sun, 15 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700 THE CONTRIBUTION OF ISLAMIC SPIRITUAL EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND SCHOOL ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT IN THE FORMATION OF STUDENTS' SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/5951
Spiritual intelligence is essential for students in this generation because it influences the development of attitudes such as values, morality, and self-awareness. The way to realize this is, of course, in a good way so that in Islam, the best path is shown for humans (men and women). The best path is a Merariq, where when the person takes the straight path then he will be free from sin and the wrath of Allah SWT. In responding to Merariq as a path that is approved by Allah SWT, Muslims who live in Indonesia, in general, and Muslims who live on the island of Lombok, in particular, have different ways, styles, and cultures of implementing marriage. One of these customary processions is the custom of wrong Tadah marriage that occurs when there is a wedding. What is meant by this researcher is, first, how is the practice of the Merariq wrong Tadah custom in Pengembur Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. Second: what is the perspective of Islamic law on the Merariq wrong Tadah custom with the concept of Kafa'ah in marriage in Pengembur Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. To facilitate understanding in this study, the researcher uses research methods, including increasing the exploration of data sources from various works of literature related to the Merariq salah Tadah custom, while the data is obtained by the researcher in the field by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. After discussing the problems studied, the researcher can conclude that first, the wrong marriage in the custom is required by custom to the party who has violated the agreed custom. Second, according to the perspective of Islamic law, the wrong marriage is permitted as long as there is no prohibition in the sharia that is violated. The wrong marriage custom, which is binding based on custom (‘Urf), is called binding because of the good tradition that has been agreed upon together.
Mawardi Mawardi Copyright (c) 2024 Mawardi Mawardi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/5750 Tue, 31 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0700
