Not a few education experts then offer formulas to maximize the talents and potential of these early childhoods. Early childhood development has not experienced much differentiation or even resistance. Children's lives at this age have unique characteristics, but simultaneously, they provoke the curiosity of all parties. The conception built from the mindset and attitude patterns of children aged 0-6 years (some say early age is children aged 0-8 years) also has its character. Not a few experts in the current field of psychology have tried to examine the dynamics of this early childhood. They compete with the thesis that providing education in early childhood is a significant period in building human resources. Because this period only comes once and cannot be repeated, early stimulation, one of which is education, is absolutely necessary.
Hariyanto Hariyanto, Arif Hariyanto Copyright (c) 2024 Arif Hariyanto, Hariyanto Hariyanto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/2346 Sat, 15 Jun 2024 23:26:52 +0700 PENGARUH ISLAMIC MARKETING MIX TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN MELALUI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA PELANGGAN MILENIAL SHOPEE https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/3740
This study aims to analyze and identify the impact of the Islamic marketing mix on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative study with 159 samples of Shoppe millennial Muslim customers. This research uses random sampling and convenience sampling. The findings in this research show that the promotion of products, people, and places significantly affect customer satisfaction. Besides that, process, price, and physical evidence do not considerably affect customer satisfaction. Physical evidence, product, and promotion significantly affect customer loyalty, and variable people, price, place, process, and customer satisfaction do not substantially affect customer loyalty. Thus, it means promotion, physical evidence, price, process, people, product, and place can not be mediated by customer satisfaction on Shopee customer loyalty. This study has practical implications for people with online businesses who want to choose the right marketing strategy for creating customer satisfaction and loyalty in the Millennial era. This study could also be a reference for future researchers who will do Islamic marketing mix research by using the other variables and reset subjects.
Mohamad Mondir Copyright (c) 2024 Mohamad Mondir https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/3740 Sat, 15 Jun 2024 23:27:29 +0700 THE CONFLICT BETWEEN MOSQUE MANAGEMENT BOARD AND COMMUNITIES https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/4000
The Mosque Management Board (MMB) is the driver of implementing a Mosque's activities. A mosque in a short time can lose its potential for usefulness if there is conflict. This study aims to explain the causes that triggered the conflict between the Asy Syifa Mosque Management Board and the Padang Nangka Village, Singaran Pati District, Bengkulu City community. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This data research uses observation techniques to directly gain community condition, situation, background, and behavior of people in Asy Syifa Board Management and the Communities. This research also uses Indepth interviews techniques to cover both side about the conflict happened. This means the interview set to Asy Syifa Mosque Board Management, the community which are residents of RT 01, RT 02, RT 03, RT 17, And the mediator appointed. Then, the data obtained is analyzed descriptively with Miles and Huberman narrative model. In this study, it was found that conflicts were caused by various disputes such as the election of new administrators, transparency of financial management, and important mosque decisions that did not go through deliberation. Another finding in this study is that there was a failed mediation effort because the community did not consider the appointed mediator neutral. With this research, it is hoped that the Mosque Management Board in Indonesia will resolve conflicts by involving third parties as mediators and be more open to suggestions and criticism given. After that, clean up and try to develop patterns of idarah (management), imarah (program management) and ri'ayah (physical management) to board members who will minimize conflict in the future.
Satria Wiranata, Akhmad Rifa'i Copyright (c) 2024 Satria Wiranata, Akhmad Rifa'i https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/4000 Sat, 15 Jun 2024 23:28:18 +0700 CHARACTER BUILDING THROUGH ISLAMIC EDUCATION: NURTURING THE INDONESIAN NATION'S VALUES https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/3989
The current moral decline of students is very worrying, even though the essence of education is to increase moral values. The government has implemented several policies to address this issue. However, the visible changes have not yet materialized, underscoring the critical role of Islamic education in shaping character education for the Indonesian nation. This study aims to learn about Islamic education from the perspective of character education for the Indonesian people. However, after the enactment of Wakaf (Islamic endowment) regulations in 2004, there are still several challenges in the country's optimal utilization of cash endowments. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the challenges, opportunities, and necessary steps to optimize the utilization of cash endowment in Indonesia after enacting the 2004 Wakaf regulations. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is employed to gather, evaluate, and synthesize various Indonesian cash endowment studies. The analysis reveals that despite challenges such as regulatory ambiguity, lack of public understanding, and administrative hurdles, there are significant opportunities for cash endowment development, including the growth of the Islamic finance sector and increasing government support. Strategic steps such as enhancing public education, regulatory improvements, and collaboration among stakeholders are required to capitalize on these opportunities optimally. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of cash endowment dynamics in Indonesia and guides policymakers, practitioners, and academics in promoting sustainable and inclusive cash endowment development in the future.
Nawawi Nawawi, Mirwan Mirwan, Zainul Anwar, Wawan Juandi Copyright (c) 2024 Nawawi Nawawi, Mirwan Mirwan, Zainul Anwar, Wawan Juandi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/4773 Sun, 30 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PERATURAN MENTERI AGAMA NOMOR 32 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG MA’HAD ALY: ANTARA HARAPAN DAN DILEMA https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/4719
The enactment of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools, followed by Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2020 concerning Ma'had Aly, should be a hope for organizers and managers of education in the Islamic boarding school environment. These hopes include funding support and certainty of Ma'had Aly graduates. In addition, there is a legal guarantee for fulfilling the right to obtain employment opportunities and continue studies to the next level of education. Providing guarantees of recognition, affirmation, and facilitation for Islamic boarding schools based on their traditions and characteristics is a sociological and philosophical consideration when forming Islamic boarding school laws. To date, this guarantee has not been fully realized. The hope of Islamic boarding schools is still accompanied by the dilemma of ensuring recognition from the government. The author is interested in uncovering what the managers of Ma'had Aly are worried about, especially after the implementation of PMA Number 32 of 2020 concerning Ma'had Aly. The researcher's focus is to describe the implementation of these regulatory policies. Because it concerns statutory norms, the method used in this research is normative juridical research, namely, literature study research, to examine PMA 32 of 2020. The aim is to describe the implementation of PMA 32 of 2020 for Islamic boarding schools that organize Ma'had Aly, the problems experienced by the management, and how the Ministry of Religion responds to the Islamic boarding school's hesitation in implementing recognition, affirmation and facilitation policies. As a result, there are still problems for the organizers of Ma'had Aly. The external quality assurance system through the community assembly has not shown its productivity. The government, in this case, the Ministry of Religion, needs to be encouraged to have the courage to take strategic policy steps as a concrete form of recognition, affirmation and facilitation of Ma'had Aly implementation policies. Apart from that, the government is also encouraged to form a directorate general of Islamic boarding schools to solve bureaucratic problems in Islamic boarding school services.
Maskuri Maskuri Copyright (c) 2024 Maskuri Maskuri https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/4719 Sun, 30 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 MENGUNGKAP BATASAN KAIDAH DAMAIR DALAM QAWA’ID AL-TAFSIR KARYA AL-SABT: SEBUAH KRITIK KONSTRUKTIF https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/4912
The book Qawa’id al-Tafsir by Al-Sabt is known for presenting the principles of Al-Qur'an interpretation in a systematic, economical, concise, and easily understandable manner. However, the book lacks explanations regarding the indications behind the unconventional use of Damair (pronouns), which causes anxiety among students. This study employs a descriptive-analytical method with a qualitative approach and falls under the category of library research. The results show that although Al-Sabt's book is well-structured, the lack of an in-depth explanation about the unconventional use of Damair leads to dissatisfaction and confusion among readers. It makes readers feel that the Al-Qur'an employs irregular principles without clear reasons. This deficiency underscores the importance of thorough explanations in using interpretative principles to enhance understanding and tranquillity for readers. This study highlights the urgency of explaining Damair's principles and offers a new perspective in the critical analysis of Al-Sabt's work. It contributes to the development of Al-Qur'an interpretation studies by providing insights into the importance of conveying the reasons behind using Damair principles in Al-Qur'an exegesis. These findings are expected to enrich the scholarly discourse on Al-Qur'an interpretation and serve as a reference for researchers and students.
Hayatullah Hilmi Aziz, Ahmad Muhsin Copyright (c) 2024 Hayatullah Hilmi Aziz, Ahmad Muhsin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/lisanalhal/article/view/4912 Sun, 30 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700
