Distribusi Kalender sebagai Salah-satu Sumber Penguatan Ekonomi Pesantren menurut Hukum Ekonomi Syariah

Abstract

The Salafiyah Dawuhan Islamic Boarding School in Situbondo is growing rapidly in quantity so that it demands various efforts in managing the Islamic boarding school, which specifically the Salafiyah Dawuhan Islamic Boarding School makes efforts for the sustainability of Islamic boarding school regulations by distributing calendars through students. The research used is descriptive prescriptive which adopts and adapts to qualitative research techniques. The practice of calendar distribution transactions at the Salafiyah Dawuhan Islamic Boarding School in Situbondo is legally valid according to Islamic economic law because it uses the practice of ijarah between the person in charge and the head of the Islamic boarding school and the head of the room, this has fulfilled the elements and requirements of the ijarah theory. Furthermore, the calendar transactions carried out by the students at the Islamic boarding school are also legally valid. However, there is still a problem with the argument that some students feel forced by the calendar purchase transaction process.
