The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In this study, researchers carried out data collection steps using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The study involved 349 drivers of GOJEK Surabaya, selected through random sampling techniques, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 21 program. The findings revealed that work ethics did not affect work motivation, organizational commitment, or work performance, while compensation did not affect work motivation or organizational commitment. Additionally, commitment did not affect work performance, whereas the work environment affected work motivation and organizational commitment, but not on work performance. Furthermore, work motivation did not affect work performance, and organizational commitment did not affect work performance. The difference is quite large. It is recorded that some universities can accept tens of thousands of students per year. In addition, there are also universities that only accept hundreds of students per year. Many factors cause this high disparity. This research tries to examine the factors that influence students’ interest in continuing their studies at Universitas Ibrahimy Sukorejo Situbondo. The research method applied was a mixed method with a sample of 236 final year students from schools under the auspices of Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukorejo Situbondo Islamic Boarding School. The results show that higher education accreditation status and parental support have a significant positive effect on students’ interest in continuing their studies at Universitas Ibrahimy. In addition, facilities and infrastructure influence students’ interest in continuing studies but have a negative coefficient. Another dimension, namely the amount of education costs, has no effect on students’ interest in continuing studies. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, obtaining research results, business development strategies carried out by expanding the business scale through investment, increasing production, and developing the business in other places. Expanding business scope. Carry out structured financial management. Strengthen marketing. Provide extra assistance to newly opened units. As well as carrying out product innovation. With the strategy implemented, the Islamic boarding school can achieve economic independence, because the business sector does not have consumer debt, has business confidence, has investment, is able to manage cash flow, and is mentally strong when facing financial disruption. Misalnya memilih makanan yang halal, proses produksi yang baik dan benar, serta tidak berlebihan, harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen dan produsen diobjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakaninteraksi yang dimulai dari pemgumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyajian data.<br>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas konsumen rumah makan bak Vika dalam pengambilan keputusan pembeliannya sangat memeperhatikan produsen yang menggunakan etika bisnis Islam. Karena dengan produsen yang menggunakan etika akan memberi efek yang baik kepada konsumen dan jika, salah dalam mengelolanya khususnya dalam makanan cepat saji akan berdampak halal haramnya makanan tersebut. However, in previous years there was a decline in income due to decreasing consumer interest which of course had an impact on the business. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data source in this research is primary data obtained through interviews with the owner of this home industry, head of marketing, employees and consumers. Secondary data is records or documentation that previously existed. The results of research on sharia marketing strategy management towards increasing the profitability of the Home Industry Crispy Fried Spotted Barb Fish are that there is more emphasis on good service, friendly, polite, no lies, good to all consumers and continues to innovate so that with this strategy it can compete with food products others and regular consumers are given a discount on every purchase. If the goods that have been purchased do not match the quality of the goods, home industry will replace the goods that have already been purchased. Sales from the average period 2018–2022, in the first year 2018-2020 experienced an increase and in 2021 experienced a decrease due to the lack of catches of fresh wader fish due to frequent flooding. As for the data source in this research, the author used field research.The results of the research are that the practice of debt and receivables that occurs in Jampit Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency is a conditional transaction, because farmers who want to get seeds must be willing to sell the products obtained to the factory through the group leader. The sales proceeds will then be directly deducted from the farmer's debt according to the amount of the debt, then the remainder will be given to the farmer through the group leader. The production selling price has been agreed at the beginning of the contract. When a crop fails, the group leader does not force his members to pay off their debts, but farmers are given more leeway, so they can re-register for the next planting season.</p> <p>Islamic Law Review of the Practice of Potato Seed Debts and Receivables with Terms of Sale and Purchase in Jampit Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency if seen from the harmony and the conditions have been fulfilled. So the practice of debt and receivables is legal according to Islamic law. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi.Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk mengetahui implementasi strategi 6R pada bisnis ritel di bengkulu indah.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara terstruktur dan studi kepustakaan, dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan sebanyak 20 informan. Teknik analisis data yan digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif- normatif. Data-data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tulisan.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi 6R sudah terlaksana mulai dari strategi produk, strategi kuantitas,strategi waktu, strategi tempat, strategi promosi, strategi harga sehingga mampu memasarkan produk yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen.
