Author Guidelines

Prevalent Requirement

1. Articles are original works and has not been published in other journals or other places.
2. The topic of writing is in accordance with the scope of the journal study.
3. The article should be written in English or Indonesian.
4. The article should be written in Ms. Word Document with A4 paper, 1,5 space, 12pt Garamond, 3.500 to 7.500 words.
5. Manuscripts submitted in any format other than Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), including LaTeX and PDF files, will be automatically declined without review.
6. The author/s have responsibility to check thoroughly the accuracy of citation use APA 7.0 style, grammar, table, and figures before submission.
7. All manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission system. Submissions sent via email will not be considered.

Manuscripts Structure

Tittle. The title should not exceed 15 words and must be written in sentence case and centered,  does not exceed 15 words. Abbreviations should be avoided within the title.

Authors and Affiliations. Provide exact and correct author names as these will be indexed in official archives. Affiliations should be keyed to the author's name with superscript numbers and be listed as follows: Department, Institution, Province, Postcode, Country [Fakultas Tarbiyah, Universitas Ibrahimy, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, 68374]

Authors also are required to provide the corresponding author’s valid contact email address and ORCID iD, following the author detail information

Abstract. The abstract must not exceed 250 words, including keywords and article classification. It should clearly explain the purpose, methodology, findings, research implications/limitations, and the originality/value of the study.

Key Words. The keywords should be provided as words or short phrases and limited to four to six terms.

Introduction. The Introduction section is required to include: (1) a clear and focused presentation of the main research topic; (2) a critical and up-to-date review of relevant literature published within the last ten years; (3) a clear identification of unresolved research gaps, inconsistencies, or scholarly debates within the existing literature; (4) a precise statement of the research problem, research objectives, research context, and unit of analysis; and (5) a concise overview of the article’s organizational structure.

Research Methods. The method section describes the steps that were passed in executing the research or study. Therefore, it is necessary to show in detail to the reader why the method used is reliable and valid in presenting research findings. The research methods section should be able to explain the research methods used, including how the procedures are implemented, an explanation of the tools, materials, media or instruments used, an explanation of the research design, population and sample (research targets), data collection techniques, instrument development, and technique of data analysis. Writing subtitles in the method should be included in the paragraph instead of bullets, or numbering. For qualitative research such as classroom action research, case studies, etc., it is necessary to add the presence of researchers, research subjects, informants who helped along with ways to explore research data, location and duration of research as well as a description of checking the validity of research results.

Result and Discussion.

In this section, the author should describes of the research results and the procedures of its discussion. The results obtained from the research have to be supported by sufficient data.  The research results and the discovery must be the answers, or the research hypothesis stated previously in the introduction part. The following components should be covered in the discussion: How do your results relate to the original question or objectives outlined in the Introduction section (what/how)? Do you provide interpretation scientifically for each of your results or findings presented (why)? Are your results consistent with what other investigators have reported (what else)? Or are there any differences?

Conclussion.

A conclusion is the core point of research findings and discussion. It is not merely a re-statement of the data or findings, but a synthesis of key points as mentioned in the “Introduction” which eventually produces the "Results and Discussion" chapter so that there is compatibility. The prospects for developing research findings and the prospects for future research applications (based on findings and discussion) can also be added..

Acknowledgment (Optional).  It’s mean addressed to a person and/or groups and also the institution that helps research both in a direct and indirect way. 

References.

The reference entry is arranged in alphabetical order. All that is referred to in the text must be listed in the reference list and all that is written in the reference list must be referred to in the text. The author is obliged to list all the references in a valid way according to the original sources and DOI (digital object identifier), particularly for entries from journals. All references and citations use the APA 7.0 style. It is suggested to use a reference manager at styling the citations and bibliography, such as Mendeley or Zotero.
