https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/Jummy/article/view/5481

This research is motivated by the existence of age limits for marriage in Indonesia. The aim is for the common good in building a household built through a marriage bond, although in reality, early marriage can still be carried out by submitting a marriage dispensation through the courts for specific reasons. The focus of this research is: (1) How is the argument of the Syafi'i school of thought about the age limit for marriage; (2) How is the age limit for marriage in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI); and (3) The relevance of the age limit for marriage in Indonesia from the perspective of the Syafi'i School of Thought and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The type of research used in this research is library research, namely by using data from books or books that are in accordance with the title of the research as a source of study, along with reviewing and reading writings and books that are related to the object of discussion. The approach used by researchers in this writing is normative, in the sense of trying to examine the law that has been conceptualized as rules and norms that have been applied in society and become a legal reference for everyone. The results of this study, in the view of the Syafi'i School, the age limit for marriage is seen from maturity, namely when he has reached puberty. Among the signs for someone who has reached puberty is the release of semen for men, usually at the age of 12 years, and menstruation for women, usually at the age of 9 years, because for someone who has reached the nature of puberty and aqil, it means that they have become ahliyah al-ada' who can be burdened with the responsibilities of sharia such as muamalah and other transactions. On the other hand, the Compilation of Islamic Law has provided an age limit for marriage, namely 19 years for men and 16 years for women, because Indonesian scholars see several factors that limit the age of marriage, such as avoiding early marriage, which has a terrible impact on married couples. Regarding its relevance in its implementation in Indonesia, the age limit for marriage in the Compilation of Islamic Law has been determined. However, if you still want to marry under the age that has been determined, you must go through a trial process to request a marriage dispensation from the panel of judges. The opinion of the Syafi'i School can be a choice that can be considered by the panel of judges to approve a marriage dispensation, namely the adequacy of the age of puberty as one indicator of maturity.
Mawardi MawardiVarid Razak

https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/Jummy/article/view/5428

The development of Islamic boarding schools is inevitable. Facts show that Islamic boarding schools have developed over time. The development referred to in this context is the development of the institutions within them. From what was initially only a kiai and a mosque, it continued to develop until there was a higher education institution. Throughout the history of the development of Islamic boarding schools, only two serious works have been found that map Islamic boarding schools into several types. The two figures are Zamakhsyari Dhofier and Manfred Ziemek. They have different opinions about the typology of Islamic boarding schools. The first mentions four typologies, while the second mentions five typologies of Islamic boarding schools. Ziemek seems to be dissatisfied with the typology of Islamic boarding schools proposed by Dhofier, so he developed it into five. This article was written in order to further develop the typology of Islamic boarding schools that they did. The development of this Islamic boarding school typology was carried out through a literature study by conducting a manuscript analysis, namely a comparison between one literature and another literature to support and reject the arguments built by the two figures. Through this literature analysis, it can be concluded that the typology of Islamic boarding schools can be developed into six types, namely types A-D remain, while the school and college indicators in Ziemek's type E version are separated, namely the college indicator is removed from type E and lowered to type F.
M. https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/Jummy/article/view/5520

Self-adjustment is an effort made by individuals in overcoming problems to harmonize self-pressure and the environment. A person's adversity quotient can be measured by their ability to overcome every problem in life without giving up hope. The method used in this research uses quantitative research methods with a correlational research design. There were 169 participants in this research. Data analysis in this study used a simple regression test. The results of the research show that the adversity quotient is able to predict students' self-adjustment abilities while studying at Islamic boarding schools. Adversity quotient can be an internal aspect of students that can be improved so that students are able to adapt to changing conditions while studying at Islamic boarding schools.
Nur HasanFauzul Adim UbaidillahHendri Hendri

https://journal.ibrahimy.ac.id/index.php/Jummy/article/view/5692

Madrasas have now developed into the community's choice. The negative influence of the environment due to globalization and the development of information technology is the reason why parents choose madrasas. There is hope that madrasas as a type of Islamic educational institution can educate their children to have noble character and morals, who apply Islamic religious values in everyday life. This is the background to the importance of studying how madrasas are able to meet the expectations of their constituent communities. For this reason, the research aims to find out how strategies for internalizing religious values and teachings to students are implemented by madrasas, taking the location at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 5, Malang (Regency). The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Primary data collection used interview techniques with madrasa heads, teachers & students; and observation techniques in the school environment and various religious activities carried out. The research results show that there are three strategic steps that educational institutions need to take to be successful in internalizing students' religious values and teachings: 1) Establishing a policy on religious values and programs that serve as guidelines for joint implementation; 2) Implementing values and programs through habituation and example; 3) Providing reinforcement through providing advice and disciplinary supervision. The results of this research contribute a theoretical and practical guide for academics and educational management practitioners that in an effort to internalize a particular value or teaching, a step-by-step process is needed which starts with policy making, then implemented, and then given reinforcement to achieve the goal of establishing character can succeed.
Binti NasukahRita Anina Fidayanti
