This activity is supporting the needs of the employment division that are still not computerized in the processing of employee management, the Head of employee devision as the person in charge of the processing of employee management in AKBID Ibrahimy can’t work effectively for processing of related documents. Based on the problems happened at AKBID Ibrahimy in processing employee management mentioned above, in order to help minimize these problems are needed the design of Management Information Systems at the AKBID Ibrahimy. This information system is expected to help simplify the processing of employee management in AKBID Ibrahimy. The system is designed using waterfall method with several steps being taken from the Requirement to Maintenance and made with PHP language programming and MySQL. From the results of this study are expected to resolve the management processing problems that has been happening. The test results as a benchmark whether the system is running well or not. In the implementation of budgeting using a conventional model and reporting of budget realization is still carried out at the end of the implementation so that sometimes there is evidence of use that is not found. Therefore, a financial management system for pesantren activities was built to overcome the problems faced. This system is built using the waterfall method, which in the implementation must be passed step by step so that the system is good. From the results of this study there is an increase in performance in budgeting and reporting of financial realization used. The Panarukan-Shell location is on Jl. Cokroaminoto Rt 01 Rw 02 Panarukan, Situbondo District. This warehouse provides various types of marine biota. The financial management associated with this information system is the process of purchasing, selling and expending by shell-sharers in order to facilitate the recording of financial statements to find out the details of reports from income, expenses, purchases, sales, inventory to profit and loss. The data must be completely accurate in accordance with the reality.</em> <em>Purchasing and sales data management in the shell-pan still uses manual recording system on the book so it has not been able to facilitate the owner in managing the calculation data or income income. Creating a new web-based information system is expected to help owners in terms of financial accountability of existing workflow. AMIKI</em><em>SOFT</em><em> also uses students to work on projects. For the project, CV. In addition, in terms of data storage is still using paper that prone to damaged and lost. And also in terms of data search that can take a relatively long time. It is considered less effective and efficient if run in the modern era as it is today. </em></p> <p><em>The objective of the research is to design and build a Service Information System at village level to improve service quality for village officials and use of services for villagers. During this time KKGPAI-SDN has a desire to memanjukan KKGPAI-SDN Gerokgak District not only in terms of activities, but in terms of administration that is still very manual done using Ms.Word and Ms. Exel, such as in making activity reports covering the results of the contest, filing of GPAI for UAS, UTS, UKK and USBN, financial reports, monthly routine reports of teaching and learning activities GPAI, and archiving correspondence in all aspects, making KKGPAI take a long time to completing the results of the contest to be informed to the school in the sub-district Gerokgak, data collection of funds and the expenditures that will be reported by the secretary to the chairman of the KKG, filing letters and questions made KKGPAI-SDN team compilers, reports on teaching and learning activities to be reported to the Office The Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency as a monthly fixed report for KKGPAI and GPAI every month as a means of assessing the District-level KKG and GPAI in advancing its vision and mission.</em></p> <p><em>Data collection methods carried out are through observation or field observation, interwiew or interview and literature study. In this system what is done is that the party making the complaint fills out the form by bringing evidence related to the reporting and must go to the Bondowoso Inspectorate office both this complaint individually or from an institution or non-governmental organization. The advantage of this system is that the inspectorate can interact directly with the party making the complaint so that when there is something less clear about the complaint, it can be asked directly to the applicant. But apart from all the advantages of the current system, the inspectorate still has to make a good inventory of complaints files, not to mention making assignments that must be done with a manual system so that it takes more time and takes up space. To overcome these problems, the authors feel the need to do an analysis to model the complaints system so that later the making of the complaints system can be well structured and meet the general description of the system needed. The design of this complaints system uses an object oriented method that can describe the behavior of objects related to the system.
