This can create various threats if the company does not use the strategy properly. Customer churn refers to the level of customer reduction which is one of the threats to reducing the company's revenue. This is an important issue for developing companies to evaluate in order to reduce the potential for churn that occurs. The initial stage that needs to be done is to predict customers who have the potential to switch from the company, one of which is the data mining approach. Classification is a data mining technique that can predict the class of datasets with various existing classification algorithms. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the number of dataset records on several classification algorithms. This research was conducted based on the CRISP-DM method by applying three classification algorithms, namely Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, and Decision Tree C4.5. The results showed that the greater the number of records in the dataset, the higher the accuracy value will be obtained. In dataset-1, logistic regression is a better algorithm based on an accuracy value of 80.09%, while naïve Bayes is superior based on an AUC value of 0.733 and an execution time of 0.00798 seconds. In dataset-2, it is found that decision tree is an algorithm that is more suitable than logistic regression and naïve Bayes algorithms, with an accuracy of 91.9% and an AUC value of 0.846 which is included in the good classification criteria. This is due to farmers' lack of understanding of the conditions for planting these vegetable seeds on their fields. Due to farmers' and the general public's lack of understanding of land suitability evaluation, vegetable seeds have not been planted with optimum results because the requirements required for these vegetable crops do not match the land conditions that sustain vegetable growth. Understanding the significance of choosing vegetable seeds based on the adaptability of selecting land and plants also relies solely on farmers' scant knowledge. As a result, the authors believe that more research is needed to decide the best vegetable seeds for cultivation based on soil suitability and plant growth requirements. The AHP approach is very analytical and well-suited to determining the priority weight of each norm, which will later be used as a rating reference by the TOPSIS method. Therefore, the author will create a QR code that contains information about the items in BNNK so that it can be easily accessed and information about these items can be known and can make it easier for employees there when the Ministry of Finance will audit the items related to assets at the BNNK office. Therefore, this study proposes a research related to asset management using a QR code for items at BNNK. The method used in making this QR code is using the QR generator method to simplify the process of making QR codes and making designs for QR codes that will made. For testing the QR code we use beta testing so that we can know in advance the performance and output generated by the QR code. It took a very long time to get the information from each of these documents. For this reason, several researchers developed the Automatic Text Summarizer to summarize text automatically, so that the time needed to get important information from the entire document can be faster. Research that focuses on automatic summarization of Arabic texts is very rare. In fact, there are more than 300 million Arabic speakers in the world and Arabic is the official language at the United Nations. Therefore, this study develops a model that can perform text summarization automatically using the TextRank algorithm. Information security is a way to protect information from large scale threats, thus to ensure the sustainability of the organization's operational, to reduce business risks and to increase business opportunity and return of investment. This research is conducted to measure the accountability of ISO 27001 in assisting the organization to document the information security policy. ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is a standard of information security that is widely used, openly accepted and implemented, and suitable for providing rules related to implementation and evaluation of the information security system. The assessment from ISO controls and objectives will be converted into a triangular fuzzy number to help in the analysis purpose. The fuzzy number is used to simplify the measurement. This advantage is the key to the popularity of e-commerce and marketplaces in the 21st century. Considering that users prefer having e-commerce to going out and looking for products. Internet users are still hesitant in choosing a good and bad marketplace since there is a disappointing marketplace system and a deficient service. The Researcher will make a selection of the product marketplace based on opinions or review comments. The stage of selecting marketplace products is based on an opinion or public opinion who buys goods on the selected marketplace, the opinion is given into online opinions such as comments on the marketplace. The comments that are used as samples will be processed and grouped into data sets. In this case, the researcher processes the classification or grouping of data by applying the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method in accordance with the classification of processing data sets in the form of text. After being applied to the SVM method, the accuracy value is 75.92%, the SVM method produces a fairly good accuracy value on the dataset in the form of text classification in the marketplace review. The most widely used application according to the results of interviews with teacher representatives from 4 vocational schools in Karawang Regency is Google Classroom. However, the application received a poor rating based on the rating on the Google Play Store. So that usability testing is carried out in order to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction of the application. There are several usability testing techniques, including (SUS) System Usability Scale and Usefull, Satisfaction and ease of Use (USE) Questionnaire. This study aims to obtain the results of usability testing and a comparison between the two techniques used. Both have some similarities where the analysis can be done using any media, it's just that there are differences in the number of questions and data analysis. The System Usability Scale (SUS) technique contains 10 questions while the Usefull, Satisfaction and ease of Use (USE) Questionnaire technique contains 30 questions with 3 main dimensions, namely Usefulness, Satisfaction and Ease of Use. The research method used is Product Moment Pearson’s method for data validity analysis and Cronbbach's Alpha method for data reliability &nbsp;analysis. This research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted on 50 high school students/equivalent and university students. The results of the questionnaire technique (SUS) System Usability Scale state that Google Classroom has a good interface with a score of 72 with advantages in ease of use and desire to use it again, while based on the Usefull, Satisfaction and ease of Use (USE) Questionnaire technique states Google Classroom has an average value of 84% with 81% (usefulness), 86% (ease of use), 87% (ease of learning) and 83% (satisfaction).
