PENERAPAN LAYANAN PAUD HOLISTIK INTEGRATIF DALAM UPAYA PEMENUHAN HAK ANAK USIA DINI

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of holistic, integrative Early Childhood Education (PAUD) services as an effort to fulfill the rights of early childhood. The rights of children, especially at an early age, require a comprehensive and holistic approach to ensure their optimal development. In this context, an integrative holistic approach is considered a model that can accommodate children's physical, mental, social and emotional needs simultaneously. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study as the research design. Data was collected through interviews, observations and document analysis related to the implementation of Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Services. The research subjects involved teachers, parents and children at Al-Barokah Paud, Cilebar District, Karawang Regency, West Java. The research results show that the implementation of holistic, integrative PAUD services is effective in fulfilling the rights of early childhood. Comprehensive curriculum integration, involvement of parents in the learning process, and attention to aspects of children's health and psychosocial development are the keys to success. The implication of this research is the need for government support, community involvement, and increasing public awareness about the importance of an integrative holistic approach in ensuring that early childhood rights are fulfilled properly.
